Whether you are a beginner and want to start running, or been running marathons for 15 years, I got you! I specifically specialise in people who want to run their first ultra, but I coach everyone from total beginner to national team ultra runner.

All programs look different – every athlete have their own progression and needs to be taken care of in a unique way. If you get accepted for coaching, we have a start up call to screen your situation. After that, I will design a program unique for you. 

We keep in touch regularly on WhatsApp to make sure that everything is going smoothly and we adjust the plan together to make it the best possible tool for going forward!

The program includes a totally personalised training program based on your needs plus WhatsApp contact multiple times per week to ensure that your program fits you perfectly all the way. I also like to have calls before and/or after important races to make sure that everything is prepared and to make sure we have checked over everything to make the experience as you like it.

You apply by sending an email. Explain what you want help with and I will contact you or put you on the waiting list. I have limited slots open, but I am slowly building up my coaching capacity by letting go of other work to open more spots.

I work with all sorts of runners from total beginners who want to manage to run a mile to, for example Signe Kerge, who ran the 24hr world championships for Estonia in 2025.

You dont get the money back that you already paid but you get Coaching for the rest of the time of your subscription. If you want to cancel, you just tell me and we fix it.

You cannot get a refund.

Daily nutrition is not officially included, but I know a lot about nutrition and will give you advice. However, a race nutrition plan will always be discussed and I will help you with how to fuel in training too.

All the training plan will be scheduled via interval.icu. There you will have access to numerous data such as your workout and running load, fatigue. You will be able to connect your Strava and running watch to the platform in order to synch workouts and maximise data readability.

If you are below 18, I will have to get a confirmation by your caretakers that it is okay to coach you.

I have a specific coaching philosophy that I use that focuses on patterns. I have developed a skill of seeing those patterns and with that, I am able to pull you in the right direction in training both mentally and physically.
